Privacy notice
This notice explains how PaidAR handles information submitted through paidar.pro and information processed during a separately approved B2B accounts-receivable pilot.
Information we collect
Through the public application, we collect your name, company, work contact details, accounting-platform selection, approximate receivables ranges, and any message you choose to provide. Basic technical logs may include IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages. To understand how applicants found PaidAR, we may also record a sales-representative code, campaign parameters (such as source, medium, campaign, content, and search term), the landing-page path, and the referring site’s origin and path. These attribution values must not contain debtor data, invoice information, or other sensitive personal information.
We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and acquisition performance. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar device identifiers and process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, referring pages, and campaign parameters. PaidAR does not intentionally send public-application field values, debtor identities, invoice data, payment information, or accounting credentials to Google Analytics.
If your business enters a pilot under a separate written agreement, PaidAR may process business contact information, invoice data, payment status, outreach history, and accounting-connection credentials needed to provide the service.
How we use information
- Evaluate and respond to pilot applications.
- Configure, operate, secure, and support an approved pilot.
- Send transactional messages about an application or service activity.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized sending, and security incidents.
- Meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.
Service providers
PaidAR uses service providers for hosting, website analytics, and email delivery and may use accounting and payment providers when configured for an approved client. Current categories include cloud/VPS hosting, Google Analytics for website measurement, Resend for transactional email, Intuit for authorized QuickBooks connections, and Stripe when payment functionality is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and sale
PaidAR does not sell personal information. We disclose information only to service providers needed to operate the service, when directed by an authorized client, to protect rights and security, or when legally required.
Retention and security
We retain application information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the relationship and maintain business records. Pilot data retention and deletion are governed by the applicable written agreement. We use access controls, encrypted transport, approval gates, and operational logging, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of application information by contacting the monitored PaidAR privacy inbox. Certain information may be retained when required for security, legal, or accounting purposes.
Scope
PaidAR’s initial service is limited to approved B2B accounts-receivable workflows. The public website is not intended for consumer debtors to submit sensitive financial or dispute information.
Updates
We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
